Atty. Angeles Explains the Real Scenario Between PDP, Sen. Go & Sen. Pacquiao

Prominent political analyst and supporter of President Rody Duterte, Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles and Atty. Ahmed Paglinawan released an explanations regarding the controversies involving PDP-Laban, Sen. Bong Go, and Sen. Manny Pacquiao. 

According to Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles and her partner Atty. Ahmed Paglinawan, the former boxing champion, Sen. Manny Pacquiao has shown his cards as he allegedly wanted to run for President. 

Sen. Manny used his full powers as President of the ruling PDP-Laban Party but unfortunately he felt intimidated with the resolution of his fellow PDP-Laban members for their decision to convince Pres. Duterte to run for Vice President. 

Aside from the resolution urging the President to run for Vice President in 2022, Sen. Manny was surprised with the pronouncement of Party Chairman, Duterte that his long-time ally and aide, Sen. Bong Go, also wanted to become President of the Philippines which could hamper the alleged plans of Pacquiao to run also for the highest position in the land. 

The entry of Sen. Bong Go's name into the equation of being a possible candidate is considered by the lawyers and political analyst as a smart move for Go, because he indirectly collided with Sec. Pacquiao's plans but not from his own mouth, it came from their overall leader, Pres. Rody Duterte. 

President Duterte is still the Party Chairman and he is considered as the most influential person in the party and in the entire Philippines.

In order for us to understand the situation, we should study carefully, whose behind Pacquiao's decision to join politics, most of his advisers considered themselves as anti-Duterte and they are indeed vocal on their preferences. The best things to happen is the unpredictable statements of Pres. Duterte which most Filipinos are all waiting for to hear.

Sen. Pacquiao has shown his cards. Tumatakbo siyang presidente at ginagamit nya yung full powers niya bilang Presidente ng partido. Unfortunately, medyo tunog pikon sa reso ng isang grupo ang dating niya dahil wala sa plano niya ang participation ni PRRD.

Enter Sen. Go.

Ilang beses nang binabanggit pangalan niya as a possible contender sa pagka presidente. So natural na magkasalungat ang kanilang mga interes. Pero smart din si Sen. Go. Di niya diretsang tatapatan si Sen. Manny. Instead ipasok niya si Pangulo, pansalag.
