Jay Sonza Reveals Possible Cases VP Leni Could Face After Accusing the Gov't of Massacre in Calabarzon

Veteran broadcast journalist and political analyst Jay Sonza revealed some of the possible cases that could be filed against VP Leni Robredo after accusing the government of their alleged involvement in the controversial massacre in Calabarzon. 


According to Jay Sonza the accusations of Vice President Leni Robredo should not be tolerated any longer. VP Leni's accusation against the government authorities  with regards to the alleged massacre in Calabarzon should be taken action with. 


The accusations of VP Leni against the government of the controversial massacre in Calabarzon without presenting a single proof. 

The Vice President made some headlines after her statement and accusation following the death of anti-government suspects who died aduring the service of warrants of arrest in various parts of the region. 

Jay Sonza cited the statement of veteran lawyer Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles spelled two possible cases the de facto Vice President could be facing as a result of her sweeping and baseless pronouncements. 

The veteran lawyer cited Article 154 of the Revised Penal Code and Inciting to Sedition are just some of the cases she would have to face.

Ms. Robredo accuses government authorities of massacre in the Calabarzon without presenting a single proof.

Leni made the accusation following the death of anti-government suspects who died during the service of warrants of arrest in various parts of the region.

Last night, Luminous by Trixie Cruz-Angeles and Ahmed Paglinawan  spelled two (2) possible cases the de facto vice president could be facing as a result of her sweeping and baseless pronouncements. 

Article 154 of the Revised Penal Code and Inciting to Sedition are just some of the cases she would have to face. 

Leni could face years of imprisonment, not to mention civil damages from aggrieved parties. 


Earlier, Presidential spokesman Harry Roque challenged Ms. Robredo to prove her massacre claim or face law suits before a court of law. 

Absence of any conclusive investigation report, there is a presumption of regularity in the service of the warrants of arrest.

In the follow up post of Jay Sonza he also noted that VP Leni might think that she's immune from criminal and civil suits because of her occupied government position, but she is stupidly wrong according to Sonza. 

"Leni, If you think you're immune from criminal and civil suits because of your occupied government position, then you are stupidly wrong!"
