Radio Host Calls Kakie Pangilinan as Mainstrean Media's Poster Girl
Veteran radio host and prominent social media personality Mark Lopez believes that one of the most significant contributor to the prevalent hate and divide in the country and their poster girl is no other than Sharon's daughter Kakie Pangilinan.
The mainstream media was considered by Lopez as the significant contributor to the prevalent hate and divide and Exhibit A of this premise is the daughter of Sen. Kiko Pangilinan and Sharon Cuneta.
The veteran blogger explained that Pangilinan has not really done anything exceptional to merit the attention of our local media but has accorded to her except to appear trying hard to be socially relevant.
Kakie Pangilinan allegedly has exhibited nothing but disrespect to institutions and narcissistic overtures which her kinds mistook as bravery and activism.
The younger Pangilinan became popular and was made a sensation by constant media coverage of her quotes, which Mark Lopez suspects, was to hype and give another face to the anti-government, anti-Duterte that was allegedly being forced feed to the public since 2016.
To make it clearly and simply put, Kakie Pangilinan is a media creation. Nothing more, nothing less.
Read the Complete Statement of Mark Lopez:
Below I believe is EXHIBIT A of why MAINSTREAM MEDIA is really a significant contributor to the prevalent hate and divide.
If you really think about this, this person has not really done anything at all, except to appear trying hard to be socially-relevant, even as she has shown nothing but disrespect to institutions and narcissistic overtures which her kind believes as bravery and activism.
She does not have the thespian and musical talents of her pedigree, she does not really possess the physical beauty, and all she ever was good at was at tweeting.
But she was made a sensation by constant media coverage of her quotes, perhaps to hype and give another face to the anti-government, anti Duterte narrative that was being hammered to the Filipino people since 2016.
In short, media made her who she was in our eyes, nothing more, nothing less.
Pity that at her young age, she was shoved into the limelight, not because she was worthy, but because she was used as another props for propaganda.
It’s time we put an end to this pathetic madness.
Time to ignore her from hereon.
