DITO Telecom Opens Flagship Store at SM Megamall
The country's third largest telecommunications network, DITO Telecom announced officially that their first DITO Flagship store is now open at SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
The said flagship store is intended to serve as an experience hub for subscribers. According to the officials from DITO, the said flagship store is a venue where their costumers can get completely immersed in all the wonderful things that DITO has to offer.
The experiential hub is where subscribers whom DITO dubbed as Ditozens or Dito netizens or citizens, can immerse themselves in the telco player's limitless possibilities.
Attending the launching of DITO Telecom's first flagship store were top executives of the company namely Atty. Adel Tamano, Chief Administrative Officer, Jasper Evangelista, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Technology Officer Major General Rodolfo Santiago.
Ms. Evelyn Jimenez, Chief Commercial Officer of DITO Telcommunity during the store opening stated that "As we continue to bring Filipinos together through our high-speed data connectivity, we opened a store where people can pursue their shared interests, talents, and passions," she stated.
The Chief Commercial Officer also added that "We envision the DITO Flagship Experience Store as an experience hub highlighting the benefits of DITO’s next-generation technology." she added.
According to DITO, their customers can dive into the DITO Universe and have a glimpse of what "Todo NA DITO" means at the DITO Flagship Experience Store.
With the presence of DITO Flagship Store, customers could learn more about DITO products, services, rewards, and promos at the Product Zone.
In the Product Zone, customers will learn more about the new and existing DITO products, services, offers, rewards, and promos.
Among these are the DITO App Boosters, which gives a total of 8GB access for seven (7) days with no daily cap for only P50; DITO Data Sachets for as low as P10; DITO Level-up Packs, which come with the Auto Pay and Advance Pay features that offer more savings and up to 10GB data; DITO Flash 5G Home Wif.
DITO customers will also learn more about a postpaid broadband subscription that delivers up to 500Mbps internet speed wirelessly; and DITO Rewards, which allows users to earn points and redeem a wide array of lifestyle treats including dining, essentials, shopping, gaming and a lot more.
The DITO Flagship Store also offers everyone's favorite, The Gaming Zone and Streaming Zone. This is not just an ordinary place to transact. There are dedicated areas specially made for the DITOzens who are into all things digital.
There is also the Customer Service Area which is designed for easy communication between customers and DITO representatives, which means that customers can directly communicate with them and raise their concerns and inquiries about all things DITO.
